What is the correct way to add Humor Software video packs?
We don't upload the 'upload' folder but do we upload the admin folder/contents?
I uploaded the admin/contents and that was a dud.

Yes, everything should go within the admin directory on the installation. You should have a directory like this:
/site_folder/admin/import/video_pack_1/

Ok, so I did it right!
The problem now is the admin panel is not recognizing the file pack.
I also am not finding the "import video files" link.
I have "Add Videos" which does nothing since it does not see the pack
Make sure you have a video_pack_1.xml file in this directory:
/site_folder/admin/import/

I have spent all day trying to upload this huge file. It failed twice!
I thought it was uploaded and now the import.php file is not on the server.
Can you upload this to myserver? I want to get this one loaded and setup, so I can get the 2nd one. I didn't realize how long this was going to take.
I will pm you my ftp info. Please shoot me an email after it's loaded.
Thank you.

I believe all the video / thumbnails uploaded correctly overnight but now all I'm getting when I try and import is: "Please make sure the videos are uploaded to the videos directory as well as the thumbnails to the thumbnails directory.". I check the permissions most of the folders are set to 777 now. Is it possible if one or two files don't get upload or are incorrectly upload that it will break all the other videos from being imported? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Got rid of the missing file error, now I get the following message: Please make sure the videos are uploaded to the videos directory as well as the thumbnails to the thumbnails directory.
Anyone?

Well, I have been waiting for help on this since last night...
Can someone please help me????
The files must be uploaded. You will only recieve that error if the files are not found on your server. You need to make sure everything has the proper permissions and that everything is in the correct placement.

I think I found the problem, but now it says:
Please note that this import may take some time. You must be patient and not stop the import, otherwise it will cause issues.
There is no counter or anything, so how do I know it's working and/or when it's done?
