Adding links

I have now sucsessfully made a most_view and a top rated file.

But how can I add a link to them?

I am trying to place the link after this: All Media Types (http://www.123humor.net/index.php) | Pictures (http://www.123humor.net/type.php?id=2) (5) | Videos (http://www.123humor.net/type.php?id=1) (167)

Can anyone please help me?

I want it to be linke this:

You need to modify two templates, the user_login.php template and the user_links.php template.
