I purchased the software and video pack 1. Setting up the script was pretty easy, but installing these videos is a major pain in the butt, and on top of that I can't seem to get any help from this place!
I finally got everything going and now I have multiple menus of the same categories, so I deleted them. Now everything is uncategorized and it's a total mess. I am almost wishing that I didn't purchase this script!
I still want to buy video pack 2, but I cannot get this one working as it is. There really should be better support for issues like this. PLEASE HELP!????
You're the only one who really has as many problems as you're having. I'll help you at some point today like I have already mentioned in another thread.

Well, I deleted everything and was going to try to upload the videos again.
If you can ftp the videos over with a faster connection, please let me know. I have dsl and the upload speed takes me all day! :)
Thank you.
Just upload the files... I have hte same connection speed so it will take me just as long. PM me when they are uploaded.

Don't knock the script. It's a damn good script. Can't wait until the next release, it'll even be crazier. The script works fine. I've installed it flawlessly on my server. If you run into problems, be patient and backtrack your steps. Also, back up your files every so often.
Thanks for the support hoangism. :)

Ryan, I uploaded everything. I ran the install and got it to work except for one major issue: I ha 2 of every category and about 268 total videos showing!? Please go to www.saltyass.com (http://www.saltyass.com) and see what I mean.
Before you insult me and act as if I am a total moron, I have a programmer on staff and I do web development myself, so I am not a total noob with scripts. I followed the directions and had my script guy look at it. There is something really strange going on here.
You have my ftp login and I have no problem with you looking at it on my server.
Thank you for your time.

Now that's bull xecutech, if you where a web developer and you have a programmer on staff, this shouldnt be hard to understand at all. My grandmother would be able to do this in minutes.
I'm not trying to insult your nor should I be trying to. Please PM me phpMyAdmin access and I will fix the problem for you. It just got ran twice instead of once some how.

I totally deleted it all and started over, again, and it has done the same thing!
Installing the script went fine and easy, but importing the videos has been a horrible experience.
I don't know what else to do.
