Hello!

When I try to add a video, it says: "It appears you are attempting to readd these files." and It doesn't work... What is the problem? My folders are 777 chmod, the video file too.

That error message means that the software cannot move the file. It still is most likely a permissions issue.

You need to make sure the folders are chmodded to 777.

I replied to your email. I'll look into this issue... It may be a bug in the import script. Hopefully we can figure it out.

can you write out a step by step process of what exactly you did to get to that point chris and ceej?

gonna try to pinpoint where the problem is

if you have SSH access, you may also need to check if the chown (owner) of the folder is set correctly. This is normally either your FTP/SSH username, nobody or apache. Worth checking, or if this doesn't work (or you don't have SSH access), get your web host to check on the permissions for you.

Thanks for the advice, but which permissions? I've checked and double check the ones in plesk and they're all set correctly.

Many thanks

You need to make sure the folders are 777 (all the permissions), I am guessing you're on shared hosting? if so just open a support ticket and get them to check, they should be happy to do so.

Another possible problem could be the max file upload size in php.ini?

there's max upload size, and max post size, of which both need changing, have you changed both?

Those should not be an issue as none of those actions are taking place. It's only posting one variable when you attempt to install the video pack.

I sent an email to my host's support to see what they say about it... I will let you know asap!

Ok It works. I simply forgot to chmod 777 the "files" folder, and the 'thumbnails' folder...

But now I have another problem.. The video isn't displayed on site... :( I have to find a solution for this now.

Well the video is working... But for some reason it looks like the templates have been messed up. You can view the video here:
http://www.putaindesite.com/file.php?id=1

Reupload all of the files in the template folder.

Nothing...
I can give you again an ftp access to check or make a test by yourself maybe?

Thx...
