Thumbnail problem

How do i set my thumbnail to not be so large, ive already tried the option in admin settings, and looked in the php file as well...and also, when i click on the preview image, the actual image on the next page is always broken, any ideas?

Your thumbnails will only be resized if you have the GD Library installed. I'm looking into your issues for the regular files.

Any resolution on the problem that my main picture wont show up full size?
