Not adding Video's

Hey I have a problem
I upload videos to /upload and then goto add videos in admin panel
Fill In title , Fill In description browse and add image the click to add then get this error message
File could not be added. You did not specify a title.

But all feilds have been filled in correct

I have added some allready today now this problem HELP please :)

ok so i uploaded another and tried again ... this time worked but .. the one i got errors with still not adding ( must be corrupt or something)
Not to worry onwards and upwards

Try uploading the file again for the corrupt issue and try it again. If it does not work PM me admin access and I'll login and take a look.

I uploaded again and got the same error a freind also tried it on another site different kind and still does not work for him file is corrupt thanks anyway

So the file was really corrupt?
