Image not displaying

My image is not displaying its just giving me this error. {file[title]} in the image placeholder..any ideas Ry?

have you guys done any type of editing to the template files? did chmod the needed stuff to 777?

Its all messed up, I dont know why the image wont show up at all.. this is gay. lol
