Problem importing file pack

I bought the video pack 2 and am having problems getting the importer to work. It will always import at least a few files, however those that are imported usually have duplicates from a single run of the script, and eventually the script times out or something.

Has anyone else had this problem and been able to find a fix?

What browser are you using when importing the video packs?

I am using Internet Explorer (whatever the latest one from windows update is).

Actually, has anybody gotten a video pack to load correctly? I would be interested in your server type, mysql version etc.
