admin logging in probs

I did a fresh install on a new server. when I try to login to admin, it says now redirecting to control panel, but then it bounces me back to logging in again.

It's saying you're logging in successfully?

If you do that hten attempt to view the actual site it will log you out.

figured it out. it was a problem with IE browser for some reason, kept bouncing me into login. It worked fine in firefox, so once i changed the password it worked fine in IE after.

Ahh, it could have been the remember password feature within IE.

Another case of IE sucks! Use FireFox or Opera or just about any other browser - LOL! :D

I don't think IE sucks that bad, I do think firefox is better though. I use both too test the system and make sure everything is working since what is it now 80%+ use IE still.
