mod_rewrite issues

Hi,

Has anyone else had problems with mod_rewrite? I turned on search engine friendly emails on my site, and they're not working i.e. when the pages load no videos, dynamic titles, or any other info loads.

Its not an issue with our server as we've heaps of sites heavily using mod_rewrite.
