Filesize Compression

Is there anything you guys can recommend in terms of compression for the video files? I've got a few that are a lot bigger than others out there with the same length. Are most sites using anything specific to help condense the files?

I've got a few great videos, but they're up above 10+MB and I've got other videos that I grabbed from other sites that are the same length but anywhere from 3-7MB. Any ideas on how to make this happen?

You can try encoding them with a smaller screen size and drop the audio quality down. this will make the files smaller.
