Having Problems After Upgrade

Got software yesterday. Excellent I might add. Everything worked well then did the upgrade to 2.0 today and I couldn't add videos.

Deleted everything. Created new db and changed config. Reinstalled, tested and everything worked ran the upgrade and couldn't upload videos again. received message "It appears you are attempting to readd these files."

Deleted everything again. New DB. Reinstalled. did nothing else other than the instructions then ran the update again. Uploaded first video to upload directory went into the admin panel then to add video, added name description and thumbnail then receieved the same "It appears you are attempting to readd these files."

That error is because you have not chmodded your directories. Please chmod your template, thumbnails, files, and upload directories to 777.

Thanks so much Ryan, I was missing the files directory since I was mistakenly reading the instructions for 1.1. Works fine now.
