We recently setup humor software on our domain (http://www.sloncha.com/) but we are unable to view any videos. They simply do not appear on the any of the templates, preview or the other. Any clue what's wrong with our setup?

Are you on a Windows platform? If you are the problem is that you don't have mod_rewrite. I had the same problem. I left the "Search Engine Friendly URLs" off.

My platform is Unix (redhat 7,2)
it's possible that develloper look this problem shortly? thanks for your help
I have no idea what's causing the problem. I can almost guarentee it's something to do with mod_rewrite though as when I view the file here:
http://www.sloncha.com/file.php?id=4
There's no issues...
So for some reason, it's redirecting partially correctly as it's getting to that page, but it's not passing the video id.
I'm looking into this issue.

Search Engine Friendly URLs is definitely the problem. I turned it off and it works fine now. We are on a Windows platform so this must be the cause.
Yes, that's exactly the cause of it. To my knowledge you cannot run mod_rewrite on windows.

*UPDATE*
Apparently we ARE on Linux and mod_rewrite is running. Any other ideas why we're having this problem?
